The Pinot Blanc runs into the glass in an amber color and shimmers golden. The smell makes you think of a walk in the forest in autumn on wet earth with damp leaves. Powerful flavor spreads, reminiscent of freshly cooked apple compote with roasted almonds and cinnamon. An all-round full-bodied white wine that is creamy and multi-faceted thanks to its fermentation on the skins and the ageing in oak barrel.
