GERMAN REDWINE AWARD 2024 – silver medal 87 points

Our second red wine of Frühburgunder / Pinot Madeleine is bottled. It matured in French oak barrels for two years and had lots of time to develop.
You can smell many dark fruits, such as blueberries, black currants and blackberries, a little more intense and fruity than our Pinot Noir. There are also a few toasted notes, cedar wood and spice aromas such as cardamom and cloves. In the mouth it continues juicy and fruity. With the fresh acidity the juiciness and the drinking flow is incredibly high and animating. The berry fruits fill the whole mouth, so crisp, fresh, playful and really chic. The wine remains wonderfully cool and precise.
