The Pinot Gris smells of dried mango, freshly grated nutmeg and buttercream cake and presents itself powerful and spicy in the glass. 50% of the wine aged in an 1200ltr oval wooden barrel (called Stückfass), which gives it a scent of vanilla beans and nuts. The taste lingers and reveals aromas of banana, raisins and pear. Spiciness combined with fruity accents and a sparkling acidity that puts a smile on every face.
