60% of this Pinot Gris was aged in a traditional Stückfass (1,200-liter oval oak barrel), allowing time, stillness, and wood to gently shape its character. The result is depth, calm, and quiet elegance in every sip.

On the nose, delicate aromas of roasted almonds, juicy nectarine, and a hint of raisin unfold—like a late summer fruit basket warmed by the evening sun. On the palate, it’s smooth and tender, with a creamy texture that brings comfort.
