This Riesling feels like a cool, clear moment on a warm day – precise, vibrant, and full of tension. It beautifully reflects the mineral character of its origin: saline, energetic, and layered with elegant depth.

A portion of the wine was aged in barrique, adding structure and a subtle hint of vanilla. The oak remains perfectly integrated, supporting the wine without ever dominating it.

On the nose, fresh herbal notes of eucalyptus and rosemary meet bright citrus and a cool, stony minerality. The palate is taut and lively, driven by a saline freshness and a precise, lingering finish.
