“Wine meets Green Kitchen” is a cookbook and wine book at the same time. In this respect, it gives an insight into the wine culture and vegetarian cuisine of a region and even a winery. The participating winemakers come from almost all German wine-growing regions and are listed in the book according to their origin. Each area is briefly introduced at the beginning of each chapter; the wineries then appear with their recipe, their wine recommendations and a short portrait.
