The Pinot Noir aged in French oak barrels for three years and developed its full depth. The Pinot Noir is blackberry-colored in the glass and reminds of a happy evening by the campfire with bread on a stick and good friends. The smell reminds of sour cherries, blackberries and fresh figs. In terms of taste the dark forest fruits are paired with smoky tobacco aromas, a note of dark chocolate and an incredible elegance. The Pinot Noir is youthful and has a wonderful structure with a clear texture.
Also a great partner in summer – enjoy it slightly chilled.
