Production process:
The grapes were harvested by hand at night (Malenka helped in this case) in an organic vineyard in Emek shfeya. The different varieties were harvested separately and fermented separately. The grape juice fermented naturally, for 12 weeks in large 500 liters barrels. At the end of fermentation, the wine continued to age oak barrels. At the end of the aging period, the final blend is determined. In total, the wine stayed in barrels for 6 months.
Official Tasting:
A wine with a straw-yellow color, medium body. A delicately perfumed wine, floral nectar with herbaceous aromas, yellow fruitiness, musk, minerality and lots of Mediterranean spice bushes (garrig).
In the mouth the flavors continue and remain. The feeling in the mouth is light and pleasant, which makes the wine very easy drinking

The vineyard:
Shfeya valley is one of the volcanic valleys of Mount Carmel. The Carmel is characterized by steep slopes and rocky, cracked land, mostly composed of sedimentary rocks (limestone). The valley is very close to the Mediterranean Sea, only 3 km away.
