Cooperation and collaboration on a new level with Israel - wine exchange with partner winery from Haifa Since October 2017, our winery and the Vortman winery from Haifa have been members of the “Twin Wineries” initiative, which promotes international exchange and understanding between peoples on the basis of wine. The partnership is a result of partnership between the cities Mainz and Haifa, so this connection has been strengthened and intensified on a further level. Now the time has finally come, we exchanged wine with Hai Vortman, who have come a long way to our winery. So from this year you can buy two wines from Haifa, the Fumé Blanc and the Carignan. Both winemakers are in regular contact, exchange ideas about current work in the vineyard and experiences, and philosophize about wine. The idea behind this cooperation is that friendships are made, one supports one another in all areas and the wine culture is promoted.
