On the palate, the 2025 vintage shows a new direction: precise, elegant, and clearly inspired by the Provence style. The cuvée of Pinot Noir, Portugieser, Dornfelder, and for the first time Syrah from our young vineyard adds an exciting layer – Syrah brings fine spice, structure, and a touch of southern flair, while the classic varieties deliver freshness, fruit, and effortless drinkability.

The result is a modern, sun-kissed rosé with vibrant lightness, subtle fruit, and a clean, dry finish – perfect for long summer evenings, relaxed moments on the terrace, or simply as a little taste of holiday in your glass.
